SERVPRO® of Pembroke Pines / West Miramar Bookkeeper! Seeking individuals with experience in the following industries: Accounting, QuickBooks, Collections, Accounts Receivables, Human Resources! Primary Responsibilities: • Manage our QuickBooks (online version), including entering sales invoices, entering expenses / payables, and performing month end reconciliations of bank statements and several credit cards. • Generate financial statements reports for upper management and owners on a monthly basis. • Submit Royalties reporting to our Corporate office on a monthly basis. • Manage our Payables; keep track of monies owed to our vendors and ensure payments are made each month. • Perform basic HR duties including scheduling interviews, New Hire boarding paperwork and required documentation, updating HR policy, organizing employee training, background checks • Assist with biweekly Payroll, including enter employee’s hours, vacation, sick time, lunch hour, and bonuses in ADP (our Payroll Vendor) • Assist with our Collections. This position will be responsible for helping collect payments from our customers, including sending NTOs and filing Liens. • Keep the office organized including organizing our Digital Folders as well as our physical folders in the office • Organize our insurances and ensure they are paid on time and organize our policies both in physical folders and digital folders • Place monthly office supply orders • Maintain our Employee Files and ensure all of our New Hire paperwork is completed for each new hire. • Perform other Administrative tasks given by Owner or other managers in the office • Assist in Collections including following up with our customers and insurance company customers to collect payments. Position Requirements • Must be Bilingual (be able to speak English and Spanish) • Minimum of 2 years QuickBooks Online experience required (will evaluate during interview) • Excel experience is a huge plus • Collections experience a plus • Background in HR a plus but not required • Must be a great note-taker and extremely organized. • Strong Communications, both written and verbal • Must be a self-starter and do not wait to be told to do your daily tasks • Experience in the following industries is preferred but not required. Industries include Restoration, Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, or Construction. • A minimum two years of Administrative Assistant experience • Be able to clearly speak on the phone and strong written communication • Proactive and fully engaged with our daily activities -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience level SERVPRO® of East Pembroke Pines is an EOE M/F/D/V employer
