It has been over a decade since Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority has built a new development but the time has come! Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority will build its new development , BENNETT POINT this coming year. This new development with an estimated cost of over $1 million dollars will be built in the City of Cincinnati limits. The housing project will consist of two four story buildings with 20+ units each.
