Houston Explosive Fitness is excited to share that we are hosting a FREE youth summer camp (ages 5-18) July 24, 2021, 9AM-12PM. With assistance from a special co-host, Ryan Ragone, a current Division 1 Miami Hurricane player at the University of Miami, we are excited to share that we are hosting a FREE youth summer camp (ages 5-18) to get the kids back outside and active after a long year of being on lockdown. The camp will consist of a number of fun and enjoyable activities from skills and drills, to expert instructions with a coach, skill development, player evaluations, and much more.
