Hey Now! Saturday, June 12th 8:00PM- 9:15PM Free Rocket Yoga class followed by a Fire Dancing Performance! Come celebrate Hey Now Yoga’s Website Launch Party with me Rocket Yoga Style! This class is fun and playful in a festival atmosphere with upbeat music including Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Rusted Root, David Bowie, Elton John and many others! Flow to the music and funky lights…..and build upper body and core strength too! All levels and abilities are welcome! I will break down certain movements, so everyone knows what to do, and I'm happy to answer any questions before, after or during class. If at anytime you feel like just watching and taking a break that's fine too! You can have fun and learn a lot just by watching. No judgement! Good vibes only! * Blocks and straps are recommended but not required. A belt can be used in place of a strap, and a balloon or other creative object can be used in place of a block. WEPA FEST sponsored by The Puerto Rican Cultural Center will be going on all day on Division street including vendors from local businesses and artists. Hey Now Yoga will have a HOT YOGA DOME set up in front of Esmeralda’s Lounge (2539 W Division) starting at NOON. This will be open house style, so if you’re curious what the “hot room” at a Bikram yoga studio feels like you can get a sneak peak. FIRE & ICE RAFFLE FOR GOOD KARMA Raffle tickets will be sold and prizes will be given away at 7:00PM. All the proceeds will go to Windy City Hockey Foundation.
