Team / Crew Member Role and Responsibilities: We are currently searching for a dedicated and hard-working team member who is proactive, disciplined and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to enthusiastically perform all on-site and truck-related duties in the delivery of excellent on-site junk removal services. Ideally, a qualified Junk Removal Team Member will have experience in all facets of delivering all in-home services to residential and commercial services. A Team / Crew Member is a representative of our brand in the field. As such the successful candidate is focused on working efficiently and steadfastly to delivery high-quality services to the customer, coordinating job execution with the Truck Driver/Crew Lead. This person must be focused on performing the details of the job flawlessly and proactively communicating with other team members. This person must be flexible with a “can do” attitude, driving high customer enthusiasm during the execution of Junk Removal jobs. Daily Operations & Reporting: • Perform daily truck tasks in support of company standards; ensure proper care of truck while in use • Perform with excellence in the delivery of on-site Junk Removal: • Always acting in a courteous and respectful manner • Always promoting premium brand image by working hard, being polite and adhering to on-site job standards set by the company • Ensuring all work is done in accordance with company standards • Report any issues, injuries or other activities that occur on site to the Crew Lead • Actively coordinating dumping and diversion with management to ensure efficient and cost effective routing throughout the day • Assist in updating all current job scheduling details in related information systems • Support Crew Lead in execution of jobs, dispatch and other daily field-related duties • Provide accurate estimates on-site as required • Proactively suggest opportunities for on-site upselling to Crew Lead on every job • Execute field marketing tasks as outlined by Team Lead • Participate in recruiting by proactively offering employee candidates to management Qualifications & Requirements: • Successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, requiring little management oversight, and a pleasant personality resulting in strong bonds with fellow employees and customers. • The successful candidate must be capable of lifting 75 lbs items from the ground, and be capable of moving items that are significantly heavier with the assistance of other team members and/or equipment designed for moving heavier objects. • High School diploma required, with some post High School education desired. Minimum of 1 years of on-the-job experience in an on-site service or similar physically demanding job.
