Facility Custodian        Northwest Houston - Monday through Friday - 7AM to 3PM $15 to $16/hr. and is a temp to hire position Facility is very close to WillowBrook Mall                BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES General Accountability Reporting to the US Facilities Maintenance, Fab and Machining Manager, the Facility Custodian is accountable for all facility cleanliness/maintenance and applicable repairs.  Specific Accountabilities (not all-inclusive)   Maintain a clean work environment, cleaning shop and offices as directed. Assist with the repair and maintenance of the facility’s service equipment and mechanical equipment using various tools and equipment when needed. Maintain strong working relationships with coworkers and instill preventative maintenance culture.  Practice good housekeeping standards. Maintain cleanliness in the shop and yard per expected standards. Assist other departments with various projects when time permits. Perform all duties to meet the responsibilities listed in the Employee and Corporate HSE Handbooks. Perform duties according to the Company’s quality system procedures and work instructions. Operate floor cleaning machines and a boom lift. Qualifications High school diploma Highly organized individual Ability to work independently.  Valid driver’s license and current driver’s abstract Previous Work as a custodian Must be able to use floor cleaning machines.
