Start a Heavy Punk Band

I am a musician looking to start a group to write originals, play local and record. I would like to write Punk music on the heavier side, a bit weird and spaced out. Influences off the top of my head METZ, The Men, Destruction Unit, Pissed Jeans, IDLES, Harvey Milk, Impalers, Warthog. I play guitar best, but have also played bass in bands. I can barely cut it at drums, but for a mid-tempo heavy punk band I think I could get there reasonably quick. Im all for having a beer when jamming and 420 friendly, but I like to be productive at band practice and have a pretty busy life, so I dunno, if you just wanna party this might not be the right fit. I have a place to jam, has a kit and amps for the first couple times to feel things out. If we end up committing to starting a band, all members would have to throw in the pot, would be around 40 bucks a month I think. So if you play guitar, bass, drums, synth, sing real good then hit me up. I can provide links to previous bands if interested. Thanks for reading
