We have to rehome our sweet dog

It breaks our heart but we are Looking for a forever family for our sweet dog.. It's important that they have a fenced yard because she is just sooooooo high energy and suuuuper smart to be able to escape any kind of lead that she'd be put on...she's SUCH a good girl tho! She's a chihuahua/heeler mix and is a major cuddle bug (she LOVES snuggling on the couch) and loves to play in the water (biting the water from the hose is her favorite), and loves to play fetch. She really is a good girl and are so sad to have to rehome her....we just aren't living in the right home to be able to give her the home that she deserves due to a strict rule that dogs aren't able to be outside without a leash combined with her energy levels once she gets outside and intelligence to be able to escape the leash/lead (when she's inside, she's calm and just wants to cuddle- when she's outside, she wants to RUN and play and explore). She is Utd on her vaccines, spayed, about 1 year old, has a bed, toys, leash, clothes, LOTS of food, treats, literally everything a pup needs...asking for a small rehoming fee but mostly I just want someone to love her and for her to have room to run and play like she needs (again, she NEEDS a fenced yard). ❤❤
