We need experienced tree climbers that are looking to grow their leadership skills! We are a growing company and we are looking to grow our tree service management team.

Basic Requirements: Valid Arizona Driver’s license (a CDL license is preferred). Must have a basic understanding of tree care practices including but not limited to: removal and trimming of trees, operation and use of various hand tools, saws, trucks, chippers, and aerial lifts. Training available.
Primary Responsibilities: Learns, understands, and adheres to all safety practices. Performs all required ground/climbing duties in support of specific job assignments as directed by crew leader/foreman. Utilizes and maintains all appropriate personal protective equipment/gear by up keeping of climbing gear and equipment.
Candidate must demonstrate proper use of knots, pruning, rigging, climbing techniques and procedures.
In addition, performs management duties as required or assigned. Enjoys the work they perform. Motivated to increase skills, knowledge and performance to grow as a team to reach new heights.
