Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Foreman (Full Time) We are expanding our landscape maintenance team and looking to create a career path for the individual that can make an immediate difference to our company and someone who is most aligned with our ecofriendly values. We are looking for someone who has landscape maintenance experience...so please do not apply for this position if you are new to the industry. Experience Required Minimum 2 years experience Fluency with irrigation systems, timers and repairs Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (no exceptions) Must be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn new methods and a new approach to organic and natural landscape maintenance Looking for someone with leadership qualities Must have a strong work ethic and an eye for detail Able to work 8 hour days in the Arizona HEAT Very important...we are looking for a great personality fit within our team. You might have tons of experience but if you do not bring a positive attitude to work every single day then you will not be a good fit The foreman position starting pay is between $17.00 ~ $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
