We are looking for an apartment community maintenance technician with a great attitude and able to work in a team environment. The position requires candidate to have HVAC certification and must be comfortable and knowledgeable with multiple Freon Types (R22, M099, R-407C, R-410A). CPO certification is a plus, but not required. General knowledge of common household repairs such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC repairs, carpentry, sheetrock repairs and painting. Candidate must provide their own tools and have reliable transportation. The candidate we hire must be able to pass a drug screening test and criminal background check.
