Roger Williams Park Zoo has over 100 different types of animals, including zebras, red pandas, African elephants, Masai giraffes, snow leopards, bears, anteaters, flamingoes, sloths, and more, for a wide variety of shooting opportunities. Whether you have a safari trip planned and need practice or you just love animals, this walk will be diverse in subject matter and a whole lot of fun! These beautiful animals present a variety of photo challenges. Learn wildlife photography in a controlled setting - no waiting hours in the hopes an animal will come along! On this Photo Walk, we’ll discuss composition, action photography, and how to get tack sharp images even when your subject is on the move.
