Born to Rise™ presents an evening of Women's story sharing at the Salvation Cafe in Newport, RI. Three women, three real stories. Please join our amazing community of Born to Rise™ Women for an empowing and inspiring evening as three brave women tell a story on the theme of "It's a Journey." Grab your girlfriends, have dinner beforehand and bring your beverage from the bar upstairs to enjoy some socializing and stories. Regulations are now open for us to have up to 60 people and it usually sells out. Please be safe for yourself and others as we aim to follow covid guidelines. We welcome all women, those who identify as women and those who support women. Kim Fuller is a photographer, author, Tedex speaker, Buddhist and mindfulness coach. She is the mother of two birth children and one adopted son who she writes about in her book “Finding, the story of a young boy who became his adoptive mother’s greatest spiritual teacher.” After meeting the Dalai Lama and starting her Buddhist and meditation practice fourteen years ago, she developed a mindfulness method called P.A.U.S.E. that she teaches in workshops, retreats and with private coaching clients, to show them how to create peace and possibility in relationship with self and others. She also takes her mindfulness skills into her photography sessions working with heart-centered entrepreneurs to help them authentically express themselves, attract their ideal clients and get photos that up-level their brand.
