My name is Ken... I do moving work.... I'm looking for some younger strong men to hire that don't have a lot of experience doing moving work so I can train you to do moving how I want you to do it.... ....you will start at $15 an hour cash paid at the end of each workday I've had movers go from 15 to $18 an hour within one year and you can do that too but I only want people that know how to take directions and technique from me..... ..... this is a part-time position I can give you at least 80 hours of work a month.... ..... let me please say this one more time when you work for me doing moving work I'm the one responsible for the merchandise and If i want you to do it a certain way I need you to be able to do that if you can't please don't waste your time in my time and apply with me......... ........ second thing I believe in Jesus and I listen to sermons in my truck sometimes so you don't like Jesus we would definitely not get along..... just saying..... ...Third thing is if you say you're going to show up and you don't show up or contact me that's it your gone no talkin about it..... ....... I'm a nice guy it's just there's a lot of guys on Craigslist you hire them they come to work for you and then they try to bully you around and I don't put up with that I didn't start my own company for people to tell me what to do and how to do it.... ...... I like to work with people that return Texts within. 20 minutes most most of the time.....people that aren't afraid to pick up the phone and talk.... people that can look at you in eyes while you're talking to them those are the people I work best with..... .......
