Commercial Property Maintenance/Repair Tech needed in Mesa If you have tools and know how to fix things and want a long term nice place to work than we have the perfect job for you! You must be mechanically inclined and have a strong working knowledge for general mechanics to apply. Experience with maintenance repair, diagnosis and troubleshooting. Must have at least one year of experience in a maintenance related field. Must be handy enough to get tough jobs done with no supervision. Must have own tools. We provide some equipment. Daily responsibilities include many core tasks some include cleaning (4) 2-stall restrooms, trash removal and walking grounds (care and upkeep). Responsibilities include performing electrical and plumbing repairs, paint and drywall repair, maintaining exterior appearance and landscaping. Tenant service requests may include: Lights out, ceiling tiles, light ballast, change thermostat and/or troubleshooting. The maintenance tech position is a physically strenuous and requires the ability to walk, stand, lift, bend, climb, pull and kneel as needed. Must be able to communicate and preform work orders within tenant occupied suites. Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 12:00 noon 30-32 hours weekly. You will start out as 1099 independent contractor (taxes not withheld) for 60 days. After 30 days of employment (taxes withheld) health insurance benefits are available.
