NORTH ANDOVER, MA — North Andover is mosquito spraying the high school and football stadium Thursday and Monday ahead of town meeting Tuesday, the superintendent said. A barrier spray will be used on the perimeter of the school and stadium Thursday night from 8 p.m. to midnight. A mosquito adulticide will be applied Monday night from 8 p.m. to midnight. The spraying is in accordance with the town's state-approved "Integrated Pest Management Plan," according to the message to the school community. The fields will be safe in the morning, the Department of Public Health said. Information on the specific pesticides is available here.
