Description
Spotted dark German Shepard with pink collar. While walking tonight I saw a dark colored German Shepard in the bike park near Alvernon and 31st near concrete wash. I’d be happy to show anyone exactly where. I tried desperately to get close enough but she/he would just head in the opposite direction:( after talking with my neighbor he said he believes the dog has been living there for awhile and has seen it several times so it’s likely that he/she will stay in that vicinity. I
