MARLBOROUGH, MA — The cost of water and sewer service in Marlborough will rise slightly when the new 2022 fiscal year begins on July 1. Rates will increase about 3.5 percent for water service for city residents, and almost 5 percent for city sewer service. Here's a look at the new rates compared to the rates that went into effect on July 1, 2020.
