I am a Missoulian looking to clean vacation rentals on a part-time basis. I'm reliable, have a flexible schedule, am easy and quick to communicate with, and while I am a one-person show and am not attached to an actual housekeeping company, I am meticulous and detail-oriented when it comes to cleaning. I have one Airbnb property of my own that I am the sole manager/housekeeper of because I was disappointed in other companies I had hired to clean my property. Therefore, I understand the ins and outs of making sure a property is vacation rental ready! I have also helped friends and family members clean their rentals from time to time and am happy to provide those references, as well as the link to my own Airbnb so you may read reviews (5-stars for cleanliness). I do not charge an hourly rate and will instead work with you to settle on an agreed upon price for cleaning your property. Below are some prices I have charged in the past that should give you an idea of what you might pay per cleaning (I accept cash, check or Venmo): - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 800 square-foot condo = $60 per cleaning (around 1.5 - 2 hours of cleaning) - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,500 square-foot home = $85 per cleaning (around 2 - 3 hours of cleaning) - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2,100 square-foot home = $115 per cleaning (around 4 hours of cleaning) - If renters leave a place especially dirty (trash out, food stuck to carpet, etc), I will charge an additional $10 fee Other things to note: - If a renter leaves your property especially dirty, I will document/photograph the mess prior to cleaning - If a renter has ruined anything (stained towels/rug as an example), I will document/photograph this as well - If you or renters are unsatisfied with my cleaning, I will reimburse you 20% of the agreed upon price - I do not wish to clean properties larger than 2,400 square-feet - I am unavailable most Saturdays, but with enough heads up I might be able to adjust my schedule. Typically, someone will send me a list of dates they need their properties cleaned and I will note the dates I am available. - I have my own cleaning products, sponges and paper towels unless you would prefer I use yours - I also would prefer to use your vacuum and mop, though if need-be, I have my own that I can bring - Property owners must provide their own washer, dryer, detergent and bleach for bedding, towels, etc. If you are interested and would like to meet me/chat more about what I can offer, please call/text or send me an email (info provided in this post).
