WALLINGFORD, CT - A Wallingford resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 7, John Oczkowski, of Wallingford purchased a Diamonds ticket from the Wallingford Stop & Shop and won $25,000.
