You will be around equally motivated people working together to give our customers excellent service and equipment. Our Antioch location is looking for a Class A Driver. This Class A Driver position is critical to our success in getting rental equipment delivered to and from customers at residential homes or job sites. This is a non-exempt (hourly) full-time position. Shifts are Monday-Friday and end regularly before 5:00pm. Benefits • Competitive salary • Career growth opportunity • Monthly bonus eligibility • Employee discount • Paid Holidays- New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options for employees • 401K with profit sharing options after one year of service • Accrued vacation pay • State issued paid sick leave- 24hrs annually • Employee uniform Job Duties: • Completing deliveries and pick-ups of a variety of equipment to both our customers and other locations. • Complete necessary inspections on delivery truck- as often as requested • Operation of heavy equipment- loading and unloading onto flatbed trailer • On occasion help in the yard providing excellent customer service and equipment- loading and unloading as well as servicing equipment • Maintain company equipment and vehicles in good working order Bootcamp Training: Introductory 90 day training. We will train you on everything you need to know about safety and servicing our equipment and customers the All Star Rents way. Requirements: • 21 years or older • Valid Class A License with a clean record- manual transmission required • Minimum one year Class A driving experience • Experience of operating heavy equipment a PLUS! • Meet DOT medical and screening requirements • Professional communication with customers and company personnel always • Computer Literacy- Typing and understanding basic software use • Be able to lift 50lbs unaided • A serious attitude toward safety in the workplace • Choose a drug free lifestyle • Be a team player with a positive attitude For more information about All Star Rents visit our website or find us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
