The Concrete Foreman directs/supervises the day-to-day activities on the job-site ensuring that all team members are on task and following all safety regulations. Candidates must possess 4-5 years of full-time experience in all areas of concrete work including forms construction, pouring and finishing. In addition, successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory skills. All candidates must have proven knowledge of concrete characteristics and the analytical skills necessary to make decisions/determinations. Further, candidates must possess excellent listening skills, leadership skills, and detail orientation, be self-motivated, complex problem solving skills, be safety-oriented and know how to keep project/work-team motivated, on time and on task. All candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly in English--both written and verbal. Conversational Spanish skills are a plus! Candidates must possess a valid California Driver's License and have a clean DMV record.
