Press release from the Town of Vienna: 06/09/2021 9:02 am Notice is hereby given that on Monday, June 7, 2021, the Vienna Town Council voted on the re-adoption and extension of the following: Emergency ordinance to permit temporary waivers of zoning regulations and review for business operations adversely affected by the ongoing pandemic disaster, to permit temporary expanded outdoor business operations for outdoor dining and other commercial activities subject to conditions outlined in the emergency ordinance originally adopted on June 1, 2020, re-adopted on March 1, 2021 with an expiration date September 1, 2021, to a proposed expiration date of December 7, 2021. Re-Adoption and Extension of an Emergency Ordinance to Permit Temporary Waivers of Zoning Regulations and Review for Child Care Operations in Commercially and Industrially Zoned Properties and For Public, Semi-Public and Private Institutions in Other Zones in Response to the Ongoing Pandemic Disaster through December 7, 2021.
