NORTH HAVEN, CT - A North Haven resident is $15,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 8, Richard Hager, of North Haven, purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from the J&H Food Mart in North Haven and won $15,000.
