You are missing the point altogether. It does not matter who leaked it, it does not matter who is reporting it. These are audio recordings of Rudy Giuliani offering quid pro quo (a federal crime and felony) for the Ukraine and for Russia to interfere with our 2020 election. There is no denying it. It’s Giuliani caught colluding with two nations on behalf of donald trump. This is a crime against our democracy.
If the tapes being leaked is a crime - fine, that is irrelevant. A separate matter.
What matters is the truth. Giuliani himself is not even denying that it is him on the tapes. Multiple instances of flat out collusion. This is the smoking gun that prosecutors dream of. This is indisputable proof of collusion.
Note: it is VERY possible that the investigation itself deliberate leaked the tapes as a strategy to put pressure on all other parties involved. One thing we know about criminals. They are paranoid and will roll over on their partners to save their own skin. We have no way of knowing for sure, but the tapes being leaked may be part of the strategy to convict Giuliani and Trump here.
Wake up man. Check the fact for yourself. I realize it may not be convenient to your reality, but Truth matters.
