There will be no correct clothes. there wil be no proper payment. there will be no right answers. no glorified teachers. No ego. No script. No pedestals. No you're nor good enough or rich enough. this yoga is for eveyone. This sweating and breathing and becoming. this knowing glowing feeling is for the big, small, weak and strong. Able and crazy, brothers and sisters, grandmothers, the mighty and meek. Bones that creek, those who seek. This yoga is for everyone ! We are located in the in the gardens behind the Oliver Mansion every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 5:30-6:30 pm. Donations are welcome bring your mat and be part of the tribe ! Just some teachers with RYT-200 who want to share yoga with everyone
