Virginia Hospital Center will start a new Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) class on 6/23/21 at 7 pm. The VHC Diabetes Prevention Program class focuses on healthy eating, increased physical activity and weight loss to lower the risk of Type 2 Diabetes. DPP is for individuals with Prediabetes, a history of Gestational Diabetes, or at high risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. The classes focus on making sustainable changes to help lower the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.
