Currently seeking Experienced REO/Property Preservation Contractors in NORTH AND SOUTH CAROLINA!!! To meet and have the ability to perform the following: Including but not limited to -- Lock Changes (Initial Secures) Boarding of unsecured windows and openings Winterizations General Repairs Debris Removal of interior and exterior debris Lawn Care Roof Repairs Estimating - Reporting of necessary repairs and submit a bid for the same with photographs documenting the conditions needing repair White Glove Cleaning' on the interior of the property Requirements: - Reliable work vehicle - All equipment/tools necessary to complete, document, and submit work (computer, digital camera, cell phone, etc.) Before -- During -- After Photos Required Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable and professional in appearance and manner Ability to complete work by the due date For immediate consideration please contact us for a vendor packet to be sent via DocuSign Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Do you carry General Liability and/or Errors and Omissions Insurance?
