Tear down brick chimney

Description

I need someone to tear down one chimney and bring a second one down below the roof level. The first chimney will need a temporary cover put over it and the second will need to have the hole covered with plywood and shingles. The house is 1.5 stories and the total height of the first chimney is about 30 feet.
