People who tend to be successful in this environment are: Former food service workers Former retail seasonal workers And recently separated veterans If you can stand, bend, twist, walk and carry things for a full shift… We’ve got a job for you. A typical day your hands will get dirty, your feet a little wet, and it’s always warm (this is an indoor grow facility). Gotta be honest, the work can be monotonous at times, other days it’s tedious and involves last minute changes. Farm work is hard; the reward is seeing the cycle of the plants like from baby clones to harvesting beautiful nugs. You’ve wanted to learn to grow, right? Well, this is an entry level position. No experience necessary! We’re hiring 9 people to learn to be growers! 2 for Port Townsend 3 for Tacoma 3 for Lacey 2 for Tumwater Just to remind you when applying: You must be 21(or older) on the day of your interview You’ll be working closely with thousands of cannabis plants, which means strong cannabis smell You need to be able to lift 25-50lbs throughout an 8 hour shift The entire shift is on your feet and is mostly physical work You’ll get a little (or a lot) dirty Show up on time, on schedule Be flexible to daily duties Want to learn more?
