We are Regency Olympia Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 28 bed skilled nursing community. We are looking to add a Maintenance Director to our team. The ideal candidate has three to five years experience in electrical repairs, plumbing and carpentry. The Maintenance Director performs and/or coordinates all repairs and physical maintenance for the facility ensuring preventative maintenance is scheduled and performed and tested per the guidelines of the National Fire Protection Agency and other applicable local and state codes. Education/Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English * Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements or as required by State regulations * Must have working knowledge of all necessary local, state and federal safety regulations related to building maintenance and codes * Must have basic tools in working condition * Must have worked with vendors/outside contractors to obtain and compare bids and qualifications * Ability to work independently * Ability to obtain Level One HVAC certification * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check We are an equal employment opportunity employer (EEO).
