Night Operations Manager - Janitorial

One of the top janitorial companies in the Puget Sound area is hiring a Night Operations Manager. The hours of this position will be between 5:00pm-3:00am and this is a Sunday through Thursday position. You will be travelling throughout the Seattle and Bellevue regions nightly, so driver’s license and clean driving record is required. Company vehicle will be provided during your shift. Our ideal candidate: • Has 5+ years’ experience in management and/or janitorial • Has excellent established leadership skills • Has the ability to coach and train new and existing employees • Is an independent worker while still being a team player • Has great communication skills and the ability to communicate proficiently through email • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with all different types of people • Has familiarity with janitorial/cleaning equipment and chemicals • Always puts safety first!
