Hello! Hola! My two kids love horseback riding and the farm/ranch/ barn life! Both are eager to help out with horse riding training, cleaning, proper horse care maintenance ( or llamas, alpacas). They took horse riding classes before and they learned a few things but I could no longer pay for classes in order to keep them from learning more. We live in the inner city of Hillsboro, Oregon but the distance may not be such a big deal as long as they are given a chance. So, what I proposed to them was that they earn their own money for their classes or do volunteer work to see if they are really focused on their equestrian journey and pursue what they are passionate about which is horse riding/ equestrian careers. They chose to do volunteer work and help out a someone, be it a farmer/ rancher who has a horse to help out with the work and see what it’s really like to keep a horse healthy and maintain them clean. (this is volunteer work from an 11 year old and an 8 year old, I know they are young but they know how to strap up a saddle on a horse and trot) I’m available on weekends!
