How many times does a pipeline have to be constructed?

Description

I have a question: How many times does the Keystone Oil Pipeline have to be constructed? One time. So what happens to those jobs after the Keystone Oil Pipeline would have reached completion? They disappear. The amount of employees that would be permanent would have been around 30. 30 is abysmal and can be made elsewhere outside of the pipeline easily, along with other jobs that don't revolve around destroying our environment like investing in oil sands would. Job creation is creating permanent positions for people to work, that will sustain, be stable, and will always be around. Job creation is not making jobs that will disappear. I'm sorry that some people cannot think logically, I'm sorry that some don't realize that after the pipeline would be completed the jobs that were "created" to construct said pipeline would vanish in to thin air, I'm sorry your education didn't teach you forward thinking and instead only taught you to live in the now.
