ASBURY PARK, NJ – The Asbury Park City Council will be introducing an ordinance to amend the city's Main Street Redevelopment Plan at the council meeting on Wednesday night.
According to the agenda, the city wants to expand the boundaries of the plan to include a portion of Monroe Avenue.
This ordinance would allow for the building of a five-story mixed-use building with a penthouse to be built on at 710 Monroe Avenue, which is currently an empty lot.
Tonight's meeting is in-person only and not on Zoom.
