Toby is one year old, I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks and he is now 15months. He is small smooth-coat Chihuahua. I want to Re-Home him to a good family that will give him lots of time, love and attention. Due to my full time job and student life I am unable to care for him like before and I know he deserves better. He will come with his crate, Playpen and Food bowls.
