The Beat Fleet team is currently looking to add two (2) new talented Team Members: Two (2) DJs. If you would like to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Sacramento region and learn how to engage and interact with an audience using our approach, please let us know. Some of the qualifications that are necessary are: • Interested and knowledgeable in audio/lighting equipment • Minimum of 2 years performing as a DJ or Event Host preferred • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Good communication, relationship-building skills, and ability to work as a team • Laptop required • DJ: Ability to mix music • DJ: Good ability to read a crowd for music interest • DJ: Good knowledge of different genre and culture competent Some of the job duties for the DJ role: • Safely load and unload audio/lighting equipment to an event’s location and placement • Accurately and properly set up audio/lighting equipment • Keep equipment and setup clean and taped nicely • Perform event requests from the MC • Complete and execute requests from the Host for music synchronization and creativity • Responsible for the music and song requests of the event • Ability to mix songs together smoothly (80%) • Safely and properly breakdown audio/lighting equipment
