Title: General Production Shift/Hours: 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm), 2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm), 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am) Reports To: Team Lead Job Overview: A General Production Laborer is responsible for performing the variety of different production tasks on the production. This position will have responsibilities that include machine operation, quality checks and production paperwork. Responsibilities & Duties: Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Follow all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) Follow all PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment) Follow all company safety rules, regulations and documentation. Responsible for following company policies/procedures written or verbal.Clean and operate all equipment in accordance with the SOP’s. (Standard Operating Procedures)Maintain control of all equipment and tools.Must be able to bag, stack, count, oil, paper feed and bandsaw pizza crust. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required for the Position: Requires 100% flexibility of wrists and hands. Walking, bending, standing and lifting required. Must be able to tolerate heights up to 10 feet off the ground on occasion. Lifting of up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis. Must be able to move heavy objects (100 lbs.) with mechanical device. Training (Equipment & Methods) Job specific training will be conducted by the Team Lead or as assigned.Must be LOTO trained.Must be familiar with SOP’s.Personal Protective Equipment: Hair net, ear plugs, steel toe slip resistant rubber shoes/boots, and safety glasses.
