PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A water main break in Phoenixville today has closed Emmett Street from Dayton Street to Franklin Avenue. An alert went out just before 10 a.m. Wednesday that repairs were underway for a water main that broke on Emmett Street at Ann Street. The Borough advised that residents in the area will have low to no water pressure until the break is repaired.
