Need Plumbing ran to building

I am in need of getting some plumbing ran to a building I am in. This will consist of running it from the water meter to the building itself, and that's it. There is a catch. The area from the meter to the building is all concrete. I will rent a wet concrete saw to dig up the area and a cement mixer to replace the concrete. I will also purchase all the material needed myself (I need you to tell me what to buy though), so this would just be for your time and labor. Prefer to do this on Saturday or Sunday. Probably about a 40-45 foot section of pipe needed. Text me at the number below if you think you can do the job, looking to spend about $500 for the work, but willing to negotiate.
