HTML5 game creator looking for help to distribute

I have a creative background, so not good at the distro/publish part. I devised a method that let's me quickly develop and implement mobile web games. The link below is my original creation. https://polygonz3d.github.io/Bumpers/ It is a simple game that will work on phone, tablet, and computer web browsers. On Android, open in Chrome browser, in iOS, open in Safari browser. Working beta version hosted on Github - updates pushed to the host frequently. I want help finding advertising / placement that will appear in the lower 1/4 of screen. The game, in it's final form will be free to play, but will have ads in that space.
