Funk Band looking for lead singer / front person

Hey, We are an active, gigging Charleston based band called Edison Medicine. We need to replace our lead singer who is leaving for a national gig. The band focuses, though not exclusively, on New Orleans style funk. With some rock and blues thrown into the mix. Along with acts you've heard of, we cover some very interesting but lesser known artists like DumpstaPhunk, Deep Banana Blackout, Brand New Heavies, Papa Grows Funk and Randall Bramlett to name a few. Input is always welcome for new material. Either male or female candidates are welcome. We currently consist of lead vocalist, drummer, keyboards, bassist, sax and guitar. Two of us sing background harmonies. We have rehearsal space in Mt. Pleasant, full PA system and booked gigs. I have a song list I could send to you. Also have arrangements for all songs.
