Carpet Installer/Helper Needed

We need the flooring installers and helpers for Carpet (mainly), vinyl, LVP, tile and wood. We would like to find an individual who can advance through training and eventually operate with minimal supervision. **Qualifications** -RESPONSIBLE individual -Ability to work in a team structure -Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work -Basic math skills -Ability to lift, bend, carry, and crawl as needed -Valid Driver's license -Ability to pass a background check -Ability to pass a drug screen **Responsibilities** -Removes an existing floor and discards flooring -Cleans work surfaces form dust, debris and obstructions -Measures and cuts flooring to be installed -Creates flooring foundation to ensure all material remains straight and edges match design -Prepares work surfaces by applying adhesive or other appropriate materials -Lays carpet, LVP, sheet vinyl or other types of flooring -Cleans up job site **Work Location: -Multiple locations (Salisbury, Ocean City)
