Been a long time since I ranted about musicians in Craiglist, but I am tired of seeing one thing: "No Drugs or Alcohol". You want to play rock, you want to play blues, you want to play funk? Cannabis has been part of the culture of that music since it was created. I have been playing guitar and smoking weed for 50 years. When I am high, I still play better than most you. And I have always been a stupendously reliable musician. And I play among the most complex music in the world like Jazz and Bebop. I guess the question is what part of "Sex, Drugs, and Rock n Roll" are you missing. Go play some country or Lawrence Welk! Why bother putting a band to sing about the glories of our culture and then say you just want straight people. I have played with you straight people. Uptight and boring. Now I know why I see bands that are so dull.
