SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE: • A background in public works school construction • A background in carpentry and willing to be a working Superintendent • Excellent communication skills • A strong background in managing all aspects of the construction process • The ability to look ahead, analyze and address issues before they become critical • Set priorities and use time effectively with the ability to maintain and push the construction schedule • Plan reading skills • Ability to maintain a safe work environment • Managing daily logs, ability to read submittals, create RFIs and scheduling of subcontractors NO RECRUITERS
