Need Gate Installed in Fence

I have a fence that needs a gate added at the side of my house. Gate needs to have locking latch You supply all parts and labor and I’ll supply all the cash we agree on. Please send me a bid with amount you’ll charge including all parts, materials, tools, etc to make it open and look like the other side. I’ve included pics of outside and inside as well as the other gate it should look like. Also include your availability on when you can do it. Thank you. I’m in San Marcos in The Retreat On Willow Creek which is near Wonder World Drive and Hunter Road. Pics of previous work appreciated.
