The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of irrigation installation and irrigation repairs. Knowledge of all different types of irrigation systems and clocks, a must. This position has the following responsibilities and requirements: Responsibilities: · Regular inspection and maintenance of commercial and residential property irrigation systems, including setting all clocks to properly irrigate turf, trees and shrubs. · Creation of irrigation system zone mapping and programs. · Optimizing programs for water conservation. Minimum Job Requirements: · 3 years of experience working with irrigation system repair and maintenance · Valid drivers’ license Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: · This is a full-time position · Regular hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Some work time outside these hours may be required to maintain a cohesive operation of the business. · Requires employee to drive to office location in Eagle Schedule: 10-hour shift Monday to Thursday On call only if needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Irrigation: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations all over the Valley This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Detail-oriented -- ability to focus on the details of a task to finish it correctly and timely Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
