Job Duties Include but are not Limited to: -Coordinating appointment to meet with owners / property managers -Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties -Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and HVAC -Taking pictures and video of property and uploading files to Dropbox or sending pictures via email -Putting lock boxes at properties -Driving targeted Zip Codes with intent of locating distressed, vacant, or abandoned properties -Placing bandit signs Job hours vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected. Typical number of homes inspected weekly range from 5-15. $50 for property inspection $3 per lead Please reply if interested in joining my team and making some $$.
