Essential Job Duties: • Completes work orders assigned in related areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Preventative maintenance as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • EPA Universal Certification preferred • HVAC experience required • 2+ years' maintenance related experience • Dry walling including painting and carpentry • Basic knowledge of plumbing • Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures • Multifamily/Apartment Community maintenance a plus Benefits & Perks: - $24-$28 hourly DOE - Bonus structure - $70.00 per week when on call for emergencies on top of regular pay - Tool reimbursement program - Power tool battery replacement program - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - 401K with a matching component - Housing Discounts Veteran Friendly Employer! “A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.” Equal Opportunity Employer!
