Maintenance Handyperson Needed

Our 60-unit mixed use (48 residential apartment over 12 commercial units) building is looking for a maintenance/handyperson. We are located by North Kansas City off of NE Parvin Rd and Hwy 35. At this time the position requires around 15-20 hours per week, with some variances based on needs. This is a part time position with flexible hours (evenings and weekends are fine). Some examples of job responsibilities are listed below. We are looking for someone that is energized to help our community and is able to work independently. This position is an independent contractor and pay ranges from $15.00 - $20.00 an hour based on experience.
